At a campsite there is rarely a spare table, and the one flat surface you have is the top of the oven. Gozney Tread Roof Rack clips onto the Tread and makes that surface usable: a lightweight aluminum base with a removable fiberboard cutting board on top, for stretching and dressing a base. Heat rising off the oven keeps plates and finished pies warm while the next one bakes.
