All Things Cedar — All Things Cedar products carry a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase that covers replacement of any defective item or part. The warranty covers replacements only, not refunds. To make a claim, contact Freedom Room within 30 days of purchase with your order number and photos of the defective item or part, and we'll coordinate the replacement with All Things Cedar.
Chicago Brick Oven — All ovens are built and tested to UL STD 2162 and NSF STD 4 standards, and the high-temp refractory domes on the 500, 750, and 1000 models are reinforced with stainless steel fibers for long-term durability. For warranty details on a specific oven, please contact us.

LuxCraft — LuxCraft offers a Residential Lifetime Limited Warranty — non-transferable and applying only to the original purchaser — guaranteeing structural soundness when used appropriately and maintained properly. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, improper maintenance, vandalism, or acts of God.
