I LOVE my Harvest Bungalow. The wood looks beautiful and smells great. The quality is fantastic. The overall effect is overwhelmingly positive. But what I am most impressed by, is the customer service I received from Freedom Room. When we had a timing discrepancy for delivery, Freedom Room was accountable and they handled everything in the best possible way. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever received customer service as good as theirs. This is a company run by real people, who actually care. This is a rare treasure these days. I am very grateful to Freedom Room, for making my off grid paradise dream come true!
