Care & Maintenance

  • Let the arch cool fully before removing it — it sits directly in the oven mouth.
  • Do not exceed 845°F with the arch in place.
  • Wipe the stainless with a damp cloth once cool and dry it.
  • Brush ash away from the seat before refitting so it beds down flush.
  • Take it out and store it indoors when the oven is covered for the season.
