Care & Maintenance

Let the mantel cool before removing it — it sits in the hottest air the oven puts out.
Wipe the stainless with a damp cloth along the grain and dry it.
Avoid abrasive pads and bleach-based cleaners on the powder coating.
Check the fixings are tight before resting anything heavy on it.
Take it off and store it indoors if the oven is covered for the winter.
