The Gozney Arc XL Transforms Your Outdoor Countertop Into a Pizzeria

Most tabletop ovens lose heat through a single skin, which is why the second pizza takes longer than the first. Gozney Arc XL Pizza Oven is built with double-layer insulation around a 16-inch removable ceramic cooking surface, so a propane flame that reaches 950°F stays where it is needed. A pie cooks in sixty seconds or less, and the oven is finished in Off-Black or Bone.

Care & Maintenance

Shut the gas at the tank before disconnecting the regulator, and check the hose each season.
Let the oven cool completely before moving it or fitting a cover.
Lift out the ceramic floor once cool and brush it clean; do not use soap or water on it.
Turn the stone over and run the oven hot to burn off marks that will not brush away.
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it; abrasive pads dull the finish.
For outdoor use only. Store indoors or under a cover between cooks.
