Care & Maintenance

  • Shut the gas at the tank before disconnecting the regulator, and check the hose each season.
  • Let the oven cool completely before moving it or fitting a cover.
  • Lift out the ceramic floor once cool and brush it clean; do not use soap or water on it.
  • Turn the stone over and run the oven hot to burn off marks that will not brush away.
  • Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry it; abrasive pads dull the finish.
  • For outdoor use only. Store indoors or under a cover between cooks.
