Two Heats, One Room: The Soria 3 Person Indoor Hybrid Sauna

Golden Designs Soria 3 Person Indoor Hybrid Sauna with Full Spectrum IR and Harvia Stove is a three person indoor sauna that pairs a Harvia 6 kW traditional stove with PureTech™ full spectrum infrared heat. The infrared side uses 8 emitters: 5 carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels and 3 near infrared heating elements. It is built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a clear tempered glass door and a Himalayan salt bar. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, an LED control panel and Bluetooth with MP3 connection and built-in speakers round out the room. Roof and side vents keep fresh air moving, and infrared mode runs at an ideal 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a level, dry surface, leaving 1–2 inches around it, at least 10 inches at the vents and 10–12 inches above.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician connect a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults following the owner's manual.
  4. For a traditional session, set the main power switch to 1 and heat with the Harvia stove's built-in controls; do not use it above 190°F.
  5. For an infrared session, set the main power switch to 2, hold the control panel power button for 5 seconds until it beeps, then press the infrared button so it turns green; use the clock and thermometer buttons to set time and temperature.
  6. On the Light/Bluetooth panel, press the light bulb icon for the salt bar light, hold the chromotherapy button 5 seconds to pick a color, and press BT (the screen shows bLU) or FM for music.
  7. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 30 seconds between turning the control system on and off, and turn the main power switch to 0 after use.
  9. Unplug or switch off the power before cleaning, then wipe the interior with plain water and a soft cloth; never use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene or alcohol.
