Golden Designs Dynamic Madrid Limited Elite 3 Person Ultra Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna is a three person home indoor sauna with heat on all 4 walls and the floor. Seven PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF 360 carbon heat emitters are joined by an oversize Ultra Low EMF floor heating panel. The natural hemlock cabin has a tempered glass door, a roof vent, exterior accent lighting and an easy removable bench for stretching or yoga. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, interior and exterior LED control panels and a Bluetooth music system with 2 Dynamic speakers are included. It needs a dedicated 120V / 20 amp circuit and ships in 3 boxes.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water.
  2. Have a certified electrician install a dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI receptacle and breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver, a ladder and the included hex wrench, in this order: floor, front, right and left side panels, door handles, rear, bench, roof panel, plugs and control cable, temperature sensor, then the roof cover.
  4. Press Power (the display shows the default 90 minutes and 151°F), adjust the time and temperature, then press Work to start heating; heaters cycle back on after the temperature drops about 4°F.
  5. Start your first sessions at about 115°F for 20–30 minutes; 118–122°F is the most common setting.
  6. Use the remote for chromotherapy colors or red light therapy (not both at once), and pair your phone to Bluetooth iSauna or BT100 or use the AUX jack.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
