Care & Maintenance

Dishwasher safe, though hand washing is kinder to the wood handle over time.
Let the blade cool before washing it.
Dry the handle fully before packing it into a bag.
Rub in food-safe wood oil occasionally to keep the handle from drying out.
Scrape off burnt flour rather than scouring, so the blade stays slick.
