Care & Maintenance

  • Dishwasher safe, though washing by hand keeps the nonstick finish longer.
  • Let the blade cool before washing; cold water on hot aluminum can warp it.
  • Dry the perforations fully so water does not sit in them.
  • Dust with semolina rather than flour if a base sticks; it rolls instead of burning.
  • Use it to launch and retrieve, not to hold a pizza inside a hot chamber.
  • Store indoors, away from prolonged heat.
