Care & Maintenance

  • Let it cool before unclipping — it sits in the hottest air the oven puts out.
  • Wipe the stainless along the grain with a damp cloth and dry it.
  • Avoid abrasive pads and bleach-based cleaners, which mark the powdercoat and pit stainless.
  • Check it is fully clicked in before resting anything on it.
  • Remove and store it indoors if the oven is covered for the season.
