The Dome 2 Mantel Creates More Room For Pizza Preparation

The Dome is a big oven, and the walk back to a prep table is exactly long enough to cost you heat and timing. Gozney Dome 2 Mantel is a push-to-fit worksurface that clicks into the front of the Dome XL and extends the mouth outward, so a pie can be turned, garnished or checked right where it is cooking. Stainless steel over a die-cast aluminum support arm, finished in a heat- and scratch-resistant powdercoat.

Care & Maintenance

Let it cool before unclipping — it sits in the hottest air the oven puts out.
Wipe the stainless along the grain with a damp cloth and dry it.
Avoid abrasive pads and bleach-based cleaners, which mark the powdercoat and pit stainless.
Check it is fully clicked in before resting anything on it.
Remove and store it indoors if the oven is covered for the season.
