A tapered peel rocks as it comes off the counter, and a rocking peel is how a dressed base ends up folded. Gozney 14" Balance Placement Pizza Peel uses a flat nose instead, which sits level and gives the launch a steadier start. The 14-inch aluminum blade is perforated so excess flour falls through on the way in, and the handle is FSC-certified beechwood with a metal hanging loop.

Care & Maintenance
