Golden Designs Maxxus 3 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna in Red Cedar is a three person full spectrum home sauna made from natural reforested Canadian red cedar. It has 7 heaters in total: 4 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels (under 3 mG) and 3 near infrared elements, plus a floor heater. The cabin has a bronze tinted tempered glass door, a roof vent and exterior accent lighting. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, an interior touchscreen control panel and an FM radio with Bluetooth and MP3 connection are included. It needs a dedicated 120V / 20 amp circuit and ships in 3 boxes.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above it.
  2. Have a certified electrician install a dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI receptacle and breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, in this order: floor, back, left side, right side, floor heater, bench heater and bench, front panel with glass door, roof and cords, control panel connectors, roof dust cover (optional), then the door handle.
  4. Hold the touchscreen about 5 seconds to wake it, then press start; the heat icon turns green while the sauna is heating.
  5. Set the temperature between 86°F and 150°F and a session time of 1–90 minutes; the panel turns off after 105 minutes without a touch, so press Power Off and OK after each use.
  6. Use the light menu for the exterior lights, interior color lights or red light therapy (red light and the interior lights do not run together), and play music through the radio, AUX jack or Bluetooth.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
