Golden Designs Dynamic Heming Elite 2 Person Ultra Low EMF Far Infrared Corner Sauna is a two person corner sauna that fits neatly into an unused corner of your home. Seven Dynamic Ultra Low EMF far infrared carbon panels measure 3–5 mG at 2–3 inches away. The natural reforested Canadian hemlock cabin has a bronze tinted tempered glass door and a roof vent. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, interior and exterior LED control panels and Bluetooth and MP3 connection with built-in speakers are included. It plugs into a 120V / 15 amp outlet and heats to an ideal 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above it.
  2. Plug the sauna into a 120V / 15 amp dedicated circuit with no other appliances on the breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, in this order: floor, front, left and right front side panels, left and right rear panels, bench emitter and bench, roof panel and roof plugs, then the temperature sensor.
  4. Press Power (the display shows the default 90 minutes and 151°F), adjust the time and temperature, then press Work to start heating; heaters cycle back on after the temperature drops about 4°F.
  5. Start your first sessions at about 115°F for 20–30 minutes; 118–122°F is the most common setting.
  6. Use the remote for chromotherapy colors or red light therapy (not both at once), and pair your phone to Bluetooth iSauna or BT100 or use the AUX jack.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
