Sawmill Structures Cube Loft 100 Garden Room is a compact 10'x10' modern outdoor structure made from durable Nordic spruce. This she-shed and man cave features a sleek, slanted roof, double-pane windows for natural light and insulation, and easy assembly with pre-cut, interlocking wood pieces.

Roofing: Kits include roof structure components (beams, tongue-and-groove boards) but not roof coverings. For covered builds, we offer corrugated or steel panels depending on the model. We recommend sheet/panel systems over shingles—they’re faster, easier, and better suited to our designs.
