Sawmill Structures Grand Loft 107 Deluxe DD Garden Room is a two-story, high-quality wood cabin featuring durable Nordic spruce construction and a charming pitched roof design. This wooden cabin includes a spacious open-concept lower level with double doors, large windows for natural light, and a lofted upper level. With precision-cut interlocking logs, solid wood flooring, and pre-cut components for easier assembly, it’s an ideal garden house for entertaining, guest stays, or personal retreats.

Foundations: A solid, level base is essential. Choose a well-drained location with enough clearance for assembly. Roofing: Kits include roof structure components (beams, tongue-and-groove boards) but not roof coverings. For covered builds, we offer corrugated or steel panels depending on the model. We recommend sheet/panel systems over shingles—they’re faster, easier, and better suited to our designs.
