How To Use

  1. Install the sauna indoors, or outdoors only under a structure with a waterproof roof, on a level, water-tolerant surface such as concrete or tile, away from heat sources, direct sunlight and damp areas.
  2. Have a certified electrician install the stove per its manufacturer's manual on a dedicated 240V / 40 amp circuit, plus a 120V / 15 amp circuit for the lights and music.
  3. Heat the sauna with the stove's built-in controls, following the stove manufacturer's manual; do not use the sauna above 190°F.
  4. Press the power button on the control panel; the display shows - - - - and the chromotherapy light turns on. Use the remote to pick a color or red light therapy.
  5. Press the Bluetooth button to play music (the screen shows bLU) or press FM for the radio; press and hold the power button to unlock the panel after 3 minutes of inactivity.
  6. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, and do not touch the glass door hinges during use as they get very hot.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, then use plain water and a soft cloth; never use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals.
