Sawmill Structures The Jumbo Grand Loft 130 SD Garden Room is a spacious two-story outdoor building made from premium kiln-dried spruce, offering 130 sq. ft. of space with a lofted upper level for added storage or relaxation. This wooden cabin features 1¾" thick interlocking walls, double-glazed windows, a solid wood door, and heavy-duty floor and roofboards for year-round durability.

Roofing: Kits include roof structure components (beams, tongue-and-groove boards) but not roof coverings. For covered builds, we offer corrugated or steel panels depending on the model. We recommend sheet/panel systems over shingles—they’re faster, easier, and better suited to our designs.
