Golden Designs Vorarlberg 5 Person Traditional Flat Roof Outdoor Sauna is a 5-person outdoor steam sauna with a flat roof and an 8.0 kW stove with built-in controls. It is built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a waterproof stain on the exterior and a bronze privacy tempered glass door. Chromotherapy color lighting with red light therapy sets a relaxing mood inside. An interior LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth plays through built-in speakers, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop are included. The ideal temperature range is 170–185°F, and the sauna can heat up to 190°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna on a dry, level base away from water, such as a concrete pad or wood deck, leaving 1–2 inches around it, 10–12 inches above and 12 inches at the side vents.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install a dedicated 240V / 40 amp circuit for the heater and a 120V / 15 amp outlet for the control panel, using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Heat the sauna following the heater manufacturer's manual; do not use it above 190°F.
  4. Press the control panel power button; the display shows - - - - and the chromotherapy light turns on. Use the remote to choose colors or red light therapy.
  5. Press the Bluetooth button to play music (the screen shows bLU) or press FM for the radio; press and hold the power button to unlock the panel after 3 minutes without use.
  6. Never use the sauna with alcohol, medication or drugs, or during an electrical storm.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Wipe the floor after each session, clean the interior with plain water and a soft cloth, and apply an exterior wood water repellent within a month of assembly and 2–3 times per year.
