Golden Designs Visby 3 Person Outdoor-Indoor PureTech Hybrid Full Spectrum Sauna is a 3-person hybrid sauna that combines an 8.0 kW traditional stove with PureTech™ full spectrum infrared. Its 9 infrared emitters include 2 carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF panels and 7 near infrared elements. An all-weather exterior surrounds an all-natural Canadian red cedar interior with a clear tempered glass door. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, a backrest with accent light, an LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop are included. Stove mode reaches an ideal 170–185°F (up to 190°F), and infrared mode runs 118–132°F (up to 140°F).

How To Use

  1. Install the sauna outdoors or indoors on a dry, level base; outdoors, use a rain cover when it is not in use if there is no outdoor roof.
  2. Have a certified electrician connect the sauna to a 240V / 40 amp circuit for the stove and full spectrum heaters.
  3. Inspect all heaters for damage before assembly, then assemble the sauna following the owner's manual.
  4. For a traditional session, turn the main power switch to 1 and heat with the stove's built-in controls to the ideal 170–185°F (77–85°C).
  5. For an infrared session, turn the main power switch to 2, hold the control panel power button for 5 seconds until it beeps, then press the infrared button so it turns green.
  6. Set the timer with the clock buttons and the temperature with the thermometer buttons; the bench near infrared heater has its own I/O switch.
  7. Turn the main power switch to 0 to shut the sauna off after use.
  8. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  9. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  10. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, then wipe it with plain water and a soft cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals on the wood.
