Golden Designs Reserve Edition 6 Person Near Zero EMF Full Spectrum Sauna with Himalayan Salt Bar is a 6-person full spectrum infrared sauna made from natural reforested Canadian hemlock for indoor use. It uses 9 heaters in total: 6 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels, rated under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches away, plus 3 near infrared elements. A 5-piece Himalayan salt bar, bronze privacy tempered glass and black finish door handle and towel bar complete the interior. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, exterior accent lighting, an interior LED control panel and Bluetooth/MP3 speakers add comfort and convenience. The ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, and the sauna can heat up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Have a certified electrician confirm two 120V / 15 amp non-GFCI circuits, ideally dedicated outlets.
  2. Inspect all heaters for damage before assembly, and do not start the sauna if any damage is found.
  3. Assemble the sauna indoors with two adults following the owner's manual.
  4. Plug in the sauna, press POWER, set the time and temperature with the arrows, then press START/WORK to begin heating.
  5. Preheat for about 20 to 30 minutes to reach the commonly used 118°F (48°C), or sit inside while it warms up.
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, then wipe it with plain water and a soft cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals on the wood.
