Golden Designs Reserve Edition 3 Person Near Zero EMF Full Spectrum Sauna with Himalayan Salt Bar is a three person infrared sauna that combines far and near infrared heat in a natural reforested Canadian hemlock cabin for indoor use. Its 9 heaters include 6 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels, measured under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches away, and 3 near infrared elements. Three Himalayan salt bars add a natural accent alongside bronze privacy tempered glass and a black finish door handle and towel bar. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, exterior accent lighting, an interior LED control panel and Bluetooth/MP3 speakers make it easy to settle in. Sessions run at an ideal 118–132°F, with a maximum of 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Have a certified electrician confirm two separate dedicated 120V / 15 amp non-GFCI circuits in good working order.
  2. Assemble the sauna indoors following the owner's manual; outdoor use is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Press the power button; the display defaults to 90 minutes and 151°F (66°C). Adjust the time and temperature with the arrow buttons, then press START/WORK to begin heating.
  4. Preheat for about 20–30 minutes to reach the commonly used 118°F (48°C), or sit inside while it warms up.
  5. Wait before using the sauna after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and medications that may cause drowsiness, and never sleep inside.
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Clean with plain water and a soft damp cloth only; chemical cleaners can absorb into the wood and release during use.
