  • 6 heaters combine 3 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels with 3 near infrared elements.
  • Low EMF panels measure under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches away.
  • Himalayan salt bars add a natural accent to the interior.
  • Natural reforested Canadian hemlock construction.
  • Bronze privacy tempered glass keeps sessions private.
  • Black finish door handle and interior towel bar.

How To Use

  1. Plug the sauna into a 120V / 15 amp non-GFCI outlet; the manual calls for a dedicated circuit.
  2. Set the sauna up indoors only; placing it outdoors voids the warranty.
  3. Press and hold the touch screen for about 5 seconds to wake it, then set the temperature (86–150°F) and timer (5–90 minutes).
  4. Allow about 25–30 minutes to preheat to the commonly used 118–122°F (48–50°C); sessions average about 20–30 minutes.
  5. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise before using the sauna, and never sleep inside it.
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation.
  9. Clean with plain water and a soft damp cloth; never use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals.
