Golden Designs Narvik Makes Shared Traditional Sauna Sessions Simple and Comfortable

Golden Designs Narvik 2 Person Outdoor-Indoor Traditional Sauna is a two person outdoor steam sauna with a 6.0 kW stove and built-in controls. An all-weather exterior surrounds an all-natural Canadian red cedar interior behind a clear tempered glass door. Oversize chromotherapy color lighting with red light therapy and an interior backrest with accent light set a relaxing mood. An interior LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth plays through built-in speakers, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop are included. The ideal temperature range is 170–185°F, and the sauna can heat up to 190°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna on a level, dry base such as a concrete slab, wood deck or concrete cinder blocks so it will not settle over time.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit for the stove and a 120V / 15 amp outlet for the control panel, using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults following the owner's manual.
  4. Heat the sauna following the stove manufacturer's instructions; do not use it above 190°F.
  5. Press the control panel power button (the display shows - - - -), use the right button for the roof lights and the left button and remote for chromotherapy colors or red light therapy.
  6. Press BT for music (the screen shows bLU) or FM for the radio; press and hold the power button to unlock the panel after 3 minutes without use.
  7. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, never use the sauna with alcohol or drugs, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Shut the sauna down for 1 hour after every 4 hours of use.
  9. Wipe the interior with water and a cloth, clean the floor after each session, keep the heater off and covered while cleaning, and protect the exterior cedar with a UV protectant.
