Golden Designs Monaco Near Zero EMF Far IR Sauna is a 6-person far infrared sauna built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock for indoor use. It warms you with 15 carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels, rated under 3 mG when measured 2 to 3 inches from the panels. A bronze tinted tempered glass door, oversize chromotherapy lighting with a red light feature, and exterior accent lighting give the room a relaxing look. A touch screen control panel, DVD player with FM radio, Bluetooth and MP3 connection, and built-in speakers let you control heat and entertainment from inside. The ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, and the sauna can heat up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Have a certified electrician install two separate dedicated 20 amp, 120 volt non-GFCI outlets on separate breakers.
  2. Inspect every heater for damage before assembly, and do not start the sauna if any damage is found.
  3. Assemble the clasp-together panels indoors with at least two adults; three adults is ideal.
  4. Tap the touch screen to wake it, press the heat button to start, and set the temperature and timer (5–90 minutes).
  5. Preheat the sauna to your chosen temperature before entering; the most-used range is 118–122°F (48–50°C).
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, then wipe it with plain water and a soft cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals on the wood.
