How To Use

  1. Place the sauna on a dry, level base that can support it with users inside, such as a concrete base or wood deck, in a well-ventilated spot with the vents unobstructed.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician hardwire the sauna to a dedicated 240V / 40 amp circuit using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Inspect all heaters for damage before assembly, then assemble the sauna following the owner's manual.
  4. For a traditional session, turn the main power switch to 1 and heat with the stove's built-in controls; do not use it above 190°F.
  5. For an infrared session, turn the main power switch to 2, hold the control panel power button for 5 seconds until it beeps, then press the infrared button so it turns green; the bench near infrared heater has its own I/O switch.
  6. Set the timer with the clock buttons and the temperature with the thermometer buttons, and hold C/F to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
  7. Press the Light/Bluetooth panel power button, then use the light and bench light buttons, the remote for colors and red light therapy, BT for music (the screen shows bLU) or FM for the radio.
  8. Do not stay in the sauna longer than 40 minutes at a time, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  9. Turn the main power switch to 0 after use. Unplug the sauna or shut off the breaker before cleaning, then wipe the interior with plain water and a soft cloth; never use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals.
