Golden Designs Dynamic Santorini 1-2 Person Full Spectrum Near Zero EMF Far Infrared Sauna is a 2026 compact sauna for one or two people that blends near and far infrared heat. It has 6 heaters in total: 4 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels (under 3 mG) and 2 near infrared elements. The cabin is natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a clear tempered glass door and a roof vent. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, an interior LED control panel and Bluetooth and MP3 connection with a built-in speaker are included. It plugs into a 120V / 15 amp outlet, heats to an ideal 118–132°F (up to 140°F) and ships in 1 box.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above it.
  2. Plug the sauna into a 120V / 15 amp dedicated circuit with no other appliances on the breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, in this order: floor, front, right side, left side, rear, bench heater panel, bench, roof and roof cover.
  4. Press the power button, then set the temperature with the up and down buttons (1° per press, or hold 3 seconds to change faster); 118–122°F is common, and the Heat light turns off once the set temperature is reached.
  5. Set the timer between 5 and 60 minutes; heating stops when the timer ends, and the sauna shuts off fully after 75 minutes without a button press.
  6. Hold the light button 2 seconds (the display shows 2n) to cycle chromotherapy colors, press the red light therapy button for red light, and pair your phone to Bluetooth BTSAUNA or use the AUX jack in the ceiling.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
