Golden Designs Dynamic Monaco Elite 6 Person Ultra Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna is a six person home indoor sauna with room for the whole family. Fifteen PureTech™ Ultra Low EMF far infrared carbon panels measure 3–5 mG at 2–3 inches away. The cabin is natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a bronze tinted tempered glass door, roof vent and exterior accent lighting. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with a red light feature, touchscreen control panels and a DVD player with FM radio, Bluetooth and MP3 connection are built in. It needs two separate dedicated 120V / 20 amp circuits and heats to an ideal 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water.
  2. Have a certified electrician install two separate dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI outlets on two separate 20 amp breakers, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two or three adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, in this order: floor, rear wall, left side, right side, bench heater panels and benches, front wall, roof, control panel and temperature sensor, radio, roof covers and door handles.
  4. Press and hold the touchscreen about 5 seconds until Hello appears, then open the heating mode and press start (the icon turns green when heating).
  5. Set the temperature between 86°F and 150°F with the arrows or slide bar and choose a session time of 5–90 minutes; the panel turns off after 105 minutes without a touch.
  6. Use the light mode to switch the interior color lights, red light therapy and exterior accent lights, and play music through the DVD player, FM radio, Bluetooth or MP3 connection.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
