Golden Designs Dynamic Lugano 3 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a three person sauna that delivers near, mid and far infrared heat at home. It has 9 heaters in total: 6 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels (under 3 mG) and 3 near infrared elements. The cabin is natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a bronze tinted tempered glass door, roof vent and exterior accent lighting. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, interior and exterior LED control panels and Bluetooth and MP3 connection with built-in speakers are included. It needs a dedicated 120V / 20 amp circuit and heats to an ideal 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water.
  2. Have a certified electrician install a dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI receptacle and breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, in this order: floor, front, right side, left side, rear, roof, bench heat emitter, bench and roof cover.
  4. Press Power (the display shows the default 90 minutes and 151°F), adjust the time and temperature, then press Work to start heating; heaters cycle back on after the temperature drops about 4°F.
  5. Start your first sessions at about 115°F for 20–30 minutes; 118–122°F is the most common setting.
  6. Use the remote for chromotherapy colors or red light therapy (not both at once), and pair your phone to Bluetooth iSauna or BT100 or use the AUX jack.
  7. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
