Golden Designs Dynamic Cold Therapy Inflatable Round Cold Plunge is an inflatable cold plunge tub made for easy cold therapy at home. Its premium drop-stitch PVC build is puncture-resistant and insulated to help hold water temperatures, and the round 40" W x 28" H (101.6 x 71.1 cm) design gives you room for a comfortable session indoors or outdoors. The tub comes with a custom locking cover with child-safety latches, an anti-slip floor mat, a quick-action manual pump, and a carry bag for easy mobility.

Optional 0.8 HP and 1.0 HP cold plunge chillers cool water down to 37°F (3°C), add a heat function, and offer WiFi app control for temperatures, schedules, and system monitoring.

How To Use

  1. Place the tub on a flat, stable, waterproof surface near a water source and drain, and use the included floor mat outdoors.
  2. Inflate the tub with the included hand pump until the gauge reads 6–8 PSI. Do not exceed 9 PSI or use electric or high-pressure pumps.
  3. For 0.8 HP and 1.0 HP variants, connect the chiller to the tub's inlet and outlet ports and set it up following the separate Chiller User's Manual.
  4. Fill the tub to about 70% with a hose, leaving enough room to keep your head fully above the water line.
  5. Enter the tub feet first and breathe in a steady, continuous rhythm. Keep electrical appliances at least 5 feet (1.5 m) away.
  6. After use, cover the tub and lock it with the combination locks (default code 00, which you can change).
  7. Keep the water pH between 7.2 and 7.8. Without a chiller or external filter, replace the water every 3 days.
  8. To store, drain and deflate the tub, wipe it dry, and pack it in the storage bag in a cool, dry place away from freezing temperatures and direct sunlight.
