Golden Designs Catalonia 8 Person Near Zero EMF Far IR Sauna is an 8-person indoor far infrared sauna built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock. It warms you with 23 Dynamic PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon heating panels, rated under 3 mG at 2 to 3 inches. Eight portable comfort benches can be removed to open the floor for yoga, and the sauna is wheelchair accessible. A bronze tinted tempered glass door, ceiling galaxy star color therapy lighting and an LED control panel with Bluetooth, MP3 connection and built-in speakers round out the room. The ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, and it runs on a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, bathtubs, showers, wet basements and pools.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit and receptacle using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Assemble the clasp-together panels with two adults following the owner's manual.
  4. Press and hold the control panel for about 5 seconds to wake it, then press the heat icon so it turns green to start heating.
  5. Set the temperature (86–150°F) and timer (5–90 minutes) with the + and – buttons or by dragging the bar; most people use 118–122°F for sessions of about 20–30 minutes.
  6. Use the light button for the reading light, colors and star lighting, and the music button for radio, AUX or Bluetooth.
  7. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, never sleep inside the sauna, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation.
  9. Clean with plain water and a soft cloth; never use chemical cleaners, benzene or alcohol, and never pour water onto the heat emitters.
