Golden Designs 8 Person Full Spectrum Near Zero EMF Far IR Sauna is an 8-person indoor sauna that combines far and near infrared heat. It uses 20 heaters: 16 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels, rated under 3 mG at 2 to 3 inches, and 4 near infrared elements. Natural reforested Canadian hemlock construction pairs with a bronze tempered glass door and a roof vent. Chromotherapy lighting with galaxy star lighting, 2 reading lamps and a touch control panel let you set the mood, temperature and timer. Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connection play through built-in speakers, and the sauna runs on a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a level, dry surface away from water, bathtubs, showers, wet basements and pools, in a room that stays at least 60°F (16°C).
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install a dedicated 240V / 30 amp circuit and receptacle using copper wire rated 90°C; do not use extension cords or surge protectors.
  3. Inspect all heaters for damage before assembly, then assemble the clasp-together panels following the owner's manual.
  4. Press and hold the display for about 5 seconds to wake it, press the power button, then tap start so the icon turns green to begin heating.
  5. Set the temperature (86–150°F) and timer (5–90 minutes) with the arrows or by dragging the bars; most people use 118–122°F for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Press the light button to choose a color, a color sequence or star lighting, and the music button for radio, AUX or Bluetooth.
  7. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation, and unplug the sauna when not in use.
  9. Clean with plain water and a soft damp cloth; never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris.
