Golden Designs 6 Person Near Zero EMF Far IR Sauna Black Edition is a 6-person indoor far infrared sauna with a black edition finish. It warms you with 16 carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels, rated under 3 mG when measured 2 to 3 inches from the panels. Natural reforested Canadian hemlock construction pairs with a bronze tinted tempered glass sliding door. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with a red light feature, exterior accent lighting and an LED control panel set a relaxing mood. A DVD player with FM radio, Bluetooth, MP3 input and built-in speakers adds entertainment, and the ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, bathtubs, showers, wet basements and pools, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above.
  2. Have a certified electrician install two separate dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI outlets on separate breakers; do not use adapters, surge protectors or extension cords.
  3. Inspect all heaters for damage, then assemble the clasp-together panels with at least two adults (three is ideal).
  4. Press POWER; the time display shows 90 minutes and the temperature display shows 66°C. Use the arrows to set time and temperature and C/F to change units.
  5. Press START/WORK; the WORK and HEAT lights come on, and the sauna holds your set temperature once reached.
  6. Use the light buttons on the panel and the remote to choose chromotherapy colors, and the DVD/radio player for music.
  7. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, stay no longer than 40 minutes per session, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Shut the sauna down for 1 hour after every 3 hours of continuous use.
  9. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, then wipe it with plain water and a soft cloth; never use chemical cleaners, benzene or alcohol.
