How To Use

  1. Have a certified electrician provide a dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI outlet and breaker.
  2. Set the sauna up indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above; two adults are needed for assembly.
  3. Press and hold the touch screen for about 5 seconds to wake it, start heating, then set the temperature (86–150°F) and timer (5–90 minutes).
  4. Allow about 25–30 minutes to reach 115–120°F (46–49°C); the recommended range is 118–122°F and sessions average about 20–30 minutes.
  5. Choose exterior, interior or red light therapy lighting and radio, AUX or Bluetooth music on the touch screen.
  6. Never sleep inside the sauna, avoid it during electrical storms, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  7. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation.
  8. Wipe the sauna down with water and a damp, soft, clean cloth only, and keep the floor heater free of debris.
