Gas is the workhorse of outdoor cooking. Fast startup, precise heat control, and no ash to deal with when dinner's done. Freedom Room carries the full Alfresco lineup in both configurations, from a 26 inch two burner up to a 56 inch commercial grade all grill.

Built-in models drop into an island or masonry surround for a finished, permanent outdoor kitchen. Freestanding cart models roll where you need them and come with side shelves and cabinet storage, with refrigerated cart options on the larger sizes if you want cold storage right at the grill.

Every grill is available in Liquid Propane or Natural Gas. Propane gives you placement flexibility. Natural gas means you never swap a tank again, but it needs a gas line run to the grill location, which is worth planning before you buy rather than after.

Sizes run 26 to 56 inches with 2 and 3 burner configurations, plus rotisserie systems and interior lighting on the Luxury line. Several models come in custom colors beyond stainless.
