Ooni Karu 2 Pro Pizza Oven is a wood-fired pizza oven sized for the whole table: a 17-inch cordierite stone takes a 16-inch pizza, a roasting chicken, or a tall loaf of bread. It burns split wood or lump charcoal to 950°F and bakes a pie in about sixty seconds. The Ooni Connect hub sends stone and ambient readings to your phone over Bluetooth, so this outdoor pizza oven tells you when it is ready instead of making you guess.
