Ooni Karu 2 Essentials Bundle is the Karu 2 wood-fired pizza oven plus the two accessories that otherwise get ordered a week later. The oven burns wood or charcoal to 950°F and bakes a 12-inch pie in about sixty seconds on a cordierite stone. The 12-inch perforated pizza peel sheds excess flour on the way in, and the waterproof cover buckles over the oven so it can stay on the patio between cooks.
