Switch Between Harvia Stove Heat and Infrared in the Toledo Indoor Hybrid Sauna

Golden Designs Toledo 6 Person Indoor Hybrid Sauna with Full Spectrum IR and Harvia Stove is a 6-person indoor sauna that offers both PureTech™ full spectrum infrared and a Harvia 8 kW traditional stove, used one at a time. The infrared side uses 13 emitters: 5 carbon PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels and 8 near infrared heating elements. Built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a clear tempered glass door, it includes 2 Himalayan salt bars, chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, and Bluetooth and MP3 connection with built-in speakers. The sauna is wheelchair accessible, and with the benches removed it becomes a yoga and stretching studio. In infrared mode the ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, and the sauna can heat up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Set the sauna up indoors only; direct exposure to outdoor weather voids the warranty.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install the Harvia stove per its manual on a 240V / 40 amp circuit using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. For a traditional session, turn the main power switch to 1, keep the sauna control panel off, and heat with the stove's built-in controls.
  4. For an infrared session, turn the main power switch to 2, hold the control panel power button for 5 seconds until it beeps, then press the heater button so it turns from red to green.
  5. Adjust the temperature and timer with the control panel buttons.
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort, and never sleep inside it.
  8. Clean with plain water and a soft cloth only; do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners inside the sauna.
