Golden Designs Reserve Edition 3 Person Full Spectrum Sauna with Himalayan Salt Bar is a three person full spectrum infrared sauna built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock for indoor use. It uses 8 heaters: 3 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels, rated under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches away, plus 5 near infrared elements. Himalayan salt bars, bronze privacy tempered glass and a black finish door handle and towel bar give the interior a refined look. Oversize chromotherapy lighting with a red light feature, exterior accent lighting and a touch screen control panel with FM radio, Bluetooth and MP3 connection make each session easy to enjoy. The ideal temperature range is 118–132°F, and the sauna can heat up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Have a certified electrician install a dedicated 120V / 20 amp non-GFCI receptacle and breaker.
  2. Set the sauna up indoors only; placing it outdoors voids the warranty.
  3. Press and hold the touch screen for about 5 seconds to wake it, then set the temperature (86–150°F) and timer (5–90 minutes).
  4. Allow about 25–30 minutes to preheat to the commonly used 118–122°F (48–50°C); sessions average about 20–30 minutes.
  5. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise before using the sauna, and never sleep inside it.
  6. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Allow 1 hour off for every 3 hours of operation.
  9. Clean with plain water and a soft damp cloth; never use liquid or aerosol cleaners, benzene, alcohol or strong chemicals.
