Golden Designs Dynamic Cordoba 2 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna is a two person sauna that brings near, mid and far infrared heat into a home indoor space. It uses 7 heaters: 5 PureTech™ Near Zero EMF far infrared carbon panels (under 3 mG) and 2 near infrared elements. The cabin is made of natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a clear tempered glass door and a roof vent. Chromotherapy lighting with red light therapy, interior LED control panels and Bluetooth and MP3 connection with built-in speakers are included. It runs on 120V / 15 amp power and heats to an ideal 118–132°F, up to 140°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna indoors on a dry, level surface away from water, leaving 1–2 inches around it and 10–12 inches above it.
  2. Plug the sauna into a 120V / 15 amp dedicated circuit with no other appliances on the breaker, and never use an adapter, surge protector or extension cord.
  3. Assemble the sauna with two adults using a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, following the owner's manual.
  4. Power on the sauna at the interior LED control panel and set the temperature and timer; 118–122°F is the most common setting.
  5. Turn on chromotherapy or red light therapy from the lighting controls, and play music through Bluetooth or the AUX jack in the ceiling.
  6. Wait 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, avoid alcohol and drugs, never sleep inside, and exit immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  7. After 3 hours of continuous use, turn the sauna off for 1 hour, and cool down for about 15 minutes before showering.
  8. Unplug the sauna before cleaning, wipe the interior with plain water and a soft damp cloth, never use chemical cleaners, and keep the floor heater free of debris and towels.
