Golden Designs Drammen 3 Person Outdoor-Indoor Traditional Sauna is a three person sauna with an 8.0 kW stove and built-in controls for traditional heat outdoors or indoors. It pairs an all-weather exterior with an all-natural Canadian red cedar interior and a clear tempered glass door. Oversize chromotherapy color lighting with red light therapy and an interior backrest with accent light help set a calming mood. An interior LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth plays through built-in speakers, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop are included. The ideal temperature range is 170–185°F, and the sauna can heat up to 190°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna on a level, dry surface that can support its weight, such as a concrete base or wood deck, in a well-ventilated spot where the vents are not blocked.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install the stove per its manufacturer's manual on a 240V / 40 amp circuit, plus a 120V / 15 amp outlet for the lights and music, using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Press the power button on the control panel to turn it on; the chromotherapy light turns on automatically.
  4. Use the left button for the chromotherapy light and the remote to pick a color; press the white light button twice for red light therapy (the remote works only inside the sauna).
  5. Press the Bluetooth button to play music (the screen shows bLU) or press FM for the radio; press and hold the power button to unlock the panel after 3 minutes of inactivity.
  6. Do not exceed 190°F (88°C), and shut the sauna down for 1 hour after every 4 hours of use.
  7. Stop using the sauna immediately if you feel overheated, dizzy, weak, sleepy or faint, and never use it during a storm.
  8. Drink water before, during and after each session to replace fluids lost through sweating.
  9. Clean with non-toxic, water-based cleaners only, never stain the interior wood, and treat the cedar exterior with a UV protectant to keep it from graying.
