Golden Designs Arlberg 3 Person Traditional Outdoor Sauna is a three person outdoor steam sauna with an 8.0 kW stove and built-in controls. It is built from natural reforested Canadian hemlock with a waterproof stain on the exterior and a bronze privacy tempered glass door. Chromotherapy color lighting with red light therapy sets the mood inside, and exterior roof accent lighting highlights it outdoors. An interior LED control panel with FM radio and Bluetooth plays through built-in speakers, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop are included. The ideal temperature range is 170–185°F, and the sauna can heat up to 190°F.

How To Use

  1. Place the sauna on a dry, level surface away from any source of water, such as a concrete base, wood deck or concrete cinder blocks, in a well-ventilated spot.
  2. Have a certified licensed electrician install a dedicated 240V / 40 amp circuit for the heater and a 120V / 15 amp outlet for the control panel, using copper wire rated 90°C.
  3. Follow the heater manufacturer's instructions to heat the sauna; do not use it above 190°F.
  4. Press the control panel power button; the display shows - - - - and the chromotherapy light turns on. Use the right button for the roof lights and the remote for colors or red light therapy.
  5. Press the Bluetooth button to play music (the screen shows bLU) or press FM for the radio; the panel locks after 3 minutes without use, so press and hold the power button to unlock it.
  6. Wait at least 30 minutes after strenuous exercise, and do not touch the glass door hinges during use as they get very hot.
  7. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, sleepy or any discomfort.
  8. Never use the sauna with alcohol, medication or drugs, or during a storm.
  9. Wipe the floor after each session, clean the interior with plain water and a soft cloth, and apply an exterior wood water repellent within a month of assembly and 2–3 times per year.
