The burner detaches, a thick stone floor crisps the base, and a built-in thermometer tells you when it is ready. A stainless steel pizza peel is in the box.

Care & Maintenance

Let the oven cool completely before folding the legs or lifting it, jacket or not.
Shut the gas at the tank before detaching the burner.
Brush the stone floor clean once cool; never wash it with soap or water.
Wipe the silicone jacket with a damp cloth; avoid solvents, which degrade it.
Hand wash the stainless peel and dry it before packing.
Store indoors between trips, and keep the burner and hose dry.
