Layouts run from efficient studio footprints to multi bedroom plans, in timber frame or container construction depending on your site and budget. Every build is engineered to your property, spec'd with your finishes, and quoted with installation included.

Structures with kitchens and bathrooms fall under different zoning and permitting rules than accessory buildings.. that's the first thing we work through with you, before layouts or finishes.
