Above 400 square feet, a Freedom Room can hold a full guest suite with a bedroom, bath, and kitchenette, a multi room house with separate living and sleeping space, or an open floor plan big enough for a gym, a bar, and a lounge in the same structure.

This collection runs from around 400 sq ft up to 2,000, priced from roughly $19,000 for a log kit to $199,000 for a turnkey suite. That range is wide because these are two different products. Kits arrive as materials for assembly. Turnkey garden suites arrive finished, with the interior, fixtures, and finishes already done. Both are worth considering, and which one fits depends on your budget and how much of the work you want to own.

Buildings this size need an engineered foundation, a permit in most jurisdictions, and coordination with local trades for power, water, and HVAC. We handle the sequencing so those pieces land in the right order rather than becoming your problem after delivery.
