This collection spans 300 sq ft studios around $15,000 up to multi room houses over 2,000 sq ft. In between you'll find one bedroom suites with space for a bath and kitchenette, open plan studios with no interior walls, and multi room layouts that give guests genuine privacy.

Two things matter more at this size. Wall construction, since a bigger room takes more work to heat and cool through a Texas summer, which is why we steer most buyers toward 70mm or insulated aluminum rather than thin single skin. And foundation, since anything past 300 sq ft needs a proper engineered slab or pier system rather than a gravel pad.
