If you decide you want a return an item for any reason within 30-days after receipt of your order, please email us at info@freedomroom.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return. 

No Stress Returns: Easy Guidelines for a Smooth Return Process

We want to make your return experience as seamless as possible. To ensure a hassle-free process, please follow these simple guidelines:

  1. Customer Responsibility for Shipping:
    When returning an item, you, the customer, are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  2. Item Condition Requirements:
    The item you are returning must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. It should arrive back to us in the same state as when it was delivered, including all original packaging and any accessories that were part of your purchase. This helps us confirm that the item has not been used or tampered with.

  3. Photographic Evidence:
    Before initiating your return request, you will need to provide photographic evidence showing that the item is in its original, unused condition. This includes clear images of the packaging, the product itself, and any accessories that came with it. These photos are crucial to confirm that the item meets our return criteria.

  4. Return Shipment Conditions:
    Please note that if the returned item arrives at our warehouse or distribution center in a condition that does not match the original state (opened, used, or without the original packaging/accessories), we may not be able to process your refund. Ensuring that the product remains intact during its return journey is key to receiving your refund without any issues.

  5. Return Shipping Costs:
    As the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) in your order. We do not offer prepaid return labels, so please be prepared to select and fund the shipping method that works best for you.

Return Policy for DreamPod Purchases

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DreamPod purchase. However, if you decide to return your DreamPod, please note the following:

  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exceptions: The restocking fee will be waived if:

    • The product was damaged in transit.
    • The product was faulty and did not function properly upon arrival.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@freedomroom.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1401 Lavaca St, Austin TX 78701 unless told otherwise. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
