Return Policy

Modern Lé Luxe welcomes returns for change of mind if a return request is made within 3 days after the item is received, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and fit for resale in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Upon receiving and approving returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit for future purchases. Customers will be informed via email once the refund has been processed.

Please note, Modern Lé Luxe will refund the cost of the merchandise but will NOT cover any original shipping costs.

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days, assuming the item remains in new condition with tags attached and has not been worn or damaged. Items must be sent back to Modern Lé Luxe within 14 days from the date they were received.

For any items that are received damaged or defective, Modern Lé Luxe offers a return or refund option, provided a claim is submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.

Please be aware that returns on sale items or gift cards are not permitted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please examine it right away. If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, such as receiving the incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can address and resolve the issue.

Please note that returns are not allowed for certain items, including custom-made products (like special orders or items customized for you), as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any doubts or questions regarding the returnability of your specific purchase, please reach out to us.

Regrettably, returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will inform you about whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment automatically, and you should expect to see it within 10 business days. Keep in mind, that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to finalize the refund.
